Desde que salió HyperOs fui seleccionado 3000 en la prueba Beta y nunca e recibido ninguna actualización jamás del sistema operativo HyperOs y fui uno de los primeros en inscribirse el la prueba Beta y salí seleccionado para colaborar y a estos momentos os ruego que me tomen en cuenta mi teléfono es un Redmi K50 o poco F4 GT. 5G gaming

hi , i want to ask i dunno is it a bug or what after i update , sometimes using to many or playing game it will stuck and in i force shut it by press on/off button .... then i cannot make it open can you help me i dentify what problem is it
